Automated Zinc Plating Plant consists of

• State of the art Automated PLC controlled Zinc Plating Plant.
• Various passivation are available like Blue, Green, Yellow and Black
• We also have the Effluent Treatment Plant, DM water Plant and RO Plant for water recycling.

We manufacture Electrical Control Panels (duly wired), Box Enclosures, Server Cabinets and Racks for communication as per Customer's requirement.

We have excellent facility for Designing & Manufacturing Press Tools, Welding Fixtures and Relation Gauges as per customer's requirement.

Our Designing Facility is supported with CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, Solid-Edge and Pro-E.

We have well equipped lab for in process quality monitoring and final product quality testing.
